I live in a multi-unit townhouse that is part of an HOA. I just submitted an application for approval of a solar installation. The solar policy my HOA just provided to me seems really unfair to me. I think that the policy could literally bankrupt me if the wrong people are on the Board in the future. Does anyone have experience dealing with this issue? Any help much appreciated
