What is the top solar panel efficiency available for residential solar panels?

I'm wondering if 410 Watt solar panels are good. Are there more efficient residential panels out there? Or, should it also depend on the manufacturer? Suggestions appreciated!

However, keep in mind that those contractors might be biased towards wanting to sell you the panels they install.
