Hoping to start a thread to see if anyone is willing to share ideas/solutions to the transformer delay issue for getting microgrids built and interconnected

Thebest solutions that we've found is developing close relationships with suppliers/ manufacturers and putting good contracts in place. That article highlighted a real issue, but I think a lot of people are actually successfully navigating the delays through careful planning.
