- deadline to file preliminary lien notice - 20 days after labor or materials first furnished
- deadline to file a suit to foreclose a mechnics lien - 90 days after recording lien
- deadline to file a case for breach of contract - 4 years after date of breach
- deadline to bring case to court - 5 years after case filed
