let's get a thread started about solar O&M. It's not only a great revenue source for contractors, but also is money in the pockets of solar system owners.

There's also a good blog on this site about O&M issues called "Solar O&M: Where's The Dough?" I boought the CleanTech Docs O&M Agreement after reading the blog post.

I find it helpful to show customers data on the increased solar production from regular cleanings, when offering an O&M option in connection with the solar install. O&M needs to be proven as worth the customer's investment.

O&M is an important revinue source for solar contractors, but I think it make more sense for larger systems.
